Q: What are you looking forward to in 2021?

"It is an amazing privilege to be able to train and race for a living, to be able to test my body and my mind everyday and constantly improve myself. I will be enjoying every session as a challenge in 2021.”

Lucy Charles - Barclay
Pro Triathlete

Q: What are you training for?

"The Olympics is my big goal; I’m going there to medal. I'm approaching it like I want to throw everything in the kitchen sink at it, so that when I look back I have no regrets.”

Lea Davison
Pro Mountain Biker

Q: How do you challenge the norms?

"Being a member of the Oneida Tribe of Indians of WI, I'm challenging the norms just by competing in the sport of cycling, especially at such a high level. I'll continue to encourage and inspire other women and girls (both Native and non-Native) to get into cycling."

Shayna Powless
Professional Cyclist, Team Twenty24
